Tenant missed rent payment, issued N4. What's next?

I’ve issued an N4 to my tenant who’s late on rent. They’ve acknowledged it and say they’re working on payment. I plan to file an L1 if they miss the N4 deadline. Do I need to issue another N4 if they miss next month’s rent too? Or is one L1 filing enough?

Thanks for the advice. I hadn’t thought about a payment plan. How would I go about setting that up?
