Recommendations for deep cleaning services after tenant damage?

I’m in a bit of a pickle. My tenant just moved out and left the place in absolute shambles. It’s so dirty it’s practically unlivable. Does anyone know of good deep cleaning services in the GTA that can handle this kind of mess? Bonus if they can assess the damage too.
